Processing Time
Ready To Ship :: 1-3 business days
Custom Made To Order :: 3-4 weeks (or sooner!)

Shipping
All USA orders are mailed USPS Priority Mail.  All international orders will be shipped USPS First Class International mail. International orders please note - sizes, styles, weights of fabrics, and country being shipped to affects shipping price - if it costs less to ship your item(s) than what you were charged for, I will refund you shipping differences after items have been shipped. I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit and will not issue a refund for items lost or damaged in transit. If you would like to pay for additional mailing insurance please contact me before placing an order. It is the customers responsibility to provide correct shipping information. If orders are returned back to me, I will hold the item until additional shipping is paid and updated address is confirmed.

Customs + Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Order cancellations are generally not accepted.

Returns + Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your garment or don't like the fit - the garment may be returned for a store credit or even exchangeAll returned garments must be mailed back within ONE WEEK of the order being delivered, and returned in brand new condition - free of any odor (perfume, deodorant, smoke, incense, etc.) and free of any signs of wear (dirt, makeup, dog hair, etc.).  Shipping costs for returns will be covered by the customer and must include tracking/insurance. Returned garments must be delivered and inspected before store credit is issued or exchanged garment is sent out. If you need to return a garment, please e-mail seamoflife@gmail.com as soon as your order arrives for a return address.

Natural Dye Garment Care
Detailed care card instructions are sent out with EVERY naturally dyed order. I am not responsible for items damaged from neglect to read and follow the detailed care card instructions. If you properly care for your garments - they will last you for years! If your garment is in need of patching, repair or re-dye - please reach out to seamoflife@gmail.com with photos so I can quote a small repair/re-dye fee. Shipping for repairs will be covered by the customer (both ways).

Discount Codes + Coupons
Discount codes are allowed to be used on full price items ONLY. If discount codes are applied to items already marked down, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance before your order is shipped.
